Reservation policies
The rates, shown on the website are valid only at the time of their quotation, they may change without prior notice according to the conditions of each provider as long as they have not been reserved and confirmed.
Reservations are subject to availability until confirmed. The reservation is considered confirmed when the corresponding payment has been covered and there is a reservation email with its proper confirmation.
For the payment of your reservation, we accept bank transfer, deposits and PayPal website (Visa and MasterCard credit / debit cards). If you do not have one of these cards, you can also pay through a transfer or deposit at participating banks. Cancellation Policy – Right of Withdrawal
Confirmed reservations will have a cancellation policy in the following terms:
1 ° Cancellations or changes 15 days in advance in paid reservations have a penalty of 20% of the total value of the package and the refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after the request is received.
2 ° Cancellations or changes between 8 and 1 days before the departure date have a penalty of 100% of the total value of the package.
Refunds
The refund of the tours or expeditions will be applied according to the terms of the cancellation policies.
Once the trip has started, the services included in the plan and not used will not be refundable unless the cancellation is verified due to illness duly certified by the Health Provider Entity or due to the death of the passenger. For foreign we will require passengers medical certificate.
Alterations or modifications to the Service
In the event of a strike, either before or during the trip, by one or more of the suppliers included in it, the organizer undertakes to take whatever steps are within its reach for the benefit of the passengers affected by these situations.
Disclaimer of Liability
Austral Walker cannot assume any responsibility with clients for acts or omissions on the part of suppliers, as it has no control or legal relationship over their operations.
You release Austral Walker from any responsibility for any failure or lack of compliance by the supplier or direct suppliers of the tourist services; including, without limitation, any failure or breach by those tourist services that are provided directly by one or more providers and not directly by Austral Walker.

The responsibilities of the trip participants include:
